New and updated datasets are available on the federal geoportal!

The following points are particularly important in this update:
- The layer ch.bafu.flora-verbreitungskarten will be removed from chsdi services with the release of November 12th 2025.
- The layer ch.bafu.gefahren-basiskarte will be removed from chsdi services with the release of November 12th 2025.
- The layers ch.bafu.karst-ausdehnung_grundwasservorkommen, ch.bafu.karst-einzugsgebiete, ch.bafu.karst-einzugsgebietseinheiten, ch.bafu.karst-quellen_schwinden and ch.bafu.karst-unterirdische_fliesswege will be removed from chsdi services with the release of November 12th 2025.
- The layer ch.swisstopo.schneeschuhwandern will be removed from chsdi services with the release of November 12th 2025 and replaced by a new layer.
- The layers ch.swisstopo.hiks-siegfried-ta25.metadata and ch.swisstopo.hiks-siegfried-ta50.metadata will be removed from chsdi services with the release of November 12th 2025 and replaced by the new time-enabled layer ch.swisstopo.hiks-siegfried.metdata, which is available with the release of today. The layer ch.swisstopo.hiks-siegfried has now been switched to time-enabled, with historical map data between 1870 and 1949 available, in combination with the above mentioned new layer ch.swisstopo.hiks-siegfried.metdata.
- The INSPIRE ATOM/OS-Download service running under this URL https://atom.geo.admin.ch/inspire/service.xml will be removed from chsdi services with the release of November 12th 2025. The INSPIRE datasets (ch.swisstopo.swissboundaries3d.inspire and ch.swisstopo.swissnames3d.inspire) are now available for download via the STAC API.
