The public transport quality categories are an indicator of accessibility by public transport.
The public transport quality categories make it possible to identify locations which, thanks to their good accessibility by public transport, have high potential as development hubs. They are calculated using an automated process on the basis of data taken from the electronic timetables of the Swiss transport companies (GTFS).
